Shipments originate from our international warehouse and may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather, courier issues, weekends, or holidays. 

International Delivery

We ship worldwide; delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local customs and regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Important Notes

Delays: Estimated delivery times are subject to external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, courier delays, weekends, and holidays. We are not responsible for delays and damages caused by the courier.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is scanned by the postal provider, it is under their control and no longer our responsibility. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your carrier to open an investigation.
