Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item arrives defective or the wrong product is sent.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at contact@ourchivals.com within 7 days if your item is defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on the return process. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@ourchivals.com.
Order Cancelation
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Since we typically ship the next business day, cancellation requests must be sent to contact@ourchivals.com within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations due to our fast processing and shipping policy, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
